Winston Churchill Bronze Bust on Marble Base

Leo Cherne (American Sculptor 1912–1999)
This is a Winston Churchill hollow bronze bust casting on marble base by sculptor Leo Cherne produced in 1963.
Item measures 6 ¾” tall x 3” wide x 2 ¼” deep and weighs about 2 ¾ lbs. It is in excellent condition with a nice patina to the bronze portion.
All of the other Cherne busts of Churchill I have seen have been cold cast versions on a wooden base but this one is made in bronze and is on a marble base.
