Rare Christmas Menu with Original, Handwritten Signatures of Winston Churchill, Dwight Eisenhower & Field Marshal Montgomery
A very rare two-page souvenir menu for a 1945 Christmas Dinner at the H.Q. of the British Army of the Rhine in Herford, Germany.
Signed in black ink by Winston Churchill and Dwight Eisenhower on front page and by Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery on lower right corner of menu page.
Minor creasing, mainly to corners and central fold, some spotting and foxing to paper. Segment of first page cut out to show Montgomery’s signature.
Overall size 20 x 30cm when opened.
