Toby Jug depicts Winston Churchill as Chancellor of the Exchequer, in a dark blue suit and a green suit (2 colorways). The first Churchill Toby Jug.

Churchill served as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 1924-1929. In 1927 he introduced the country’s first betting tax, which is the basis for the text across the front of both hats.
