One side features Churchill’s Message complete with his printed (facsimile) signature:

At the bottom is a blank, intact, detachable subscriber’s postcard.

In 1932 The New Commonwealth International Organization, was formed to advocate “pacifism, disarmament and multilateral resolution of conflicts through political lobbying and different publications”. In 1936 The Rt. Hon. Winston S. Churchill, C.H., M.P. was the President of the British Section.
