A fine copy in the publisher’s special binding of dark blue pebble grain morocco. Inscribed by Churchill to Lord Horder, physician to King George VI, as follows: “To Horder from Winston S. Churchill 1947”. This copy is from the Harry Cahn collection and has a letter tucked inside from the publisher to Harry Cahn confirming that it was the publisher’s binding.

The First English Edn. was preceded by the American Edn. by one month.
