This is the First Edition and comes with the rare dust jacket which has done its job in protecting the binding; it is an exceptionally clean and bright copy; the dust jacket has only minor losses.

There was also a paperback First Edition published simultaneously with the hardback version and a 2nd impression printed in the same month in green wraps and a scarcer 2nd impression in orange wraps.
