This 2 page leaflet lists seven rules for all citizens to follow in preparation for a German invasion. It emphasizes that, should this happen, ‘you must not be taken by surprise‘. Rule number (7) is:
‘THINK BEFORE YOU ACT. BUT THINK ALWAYS OF YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU THINK OF YOURSELF’
