The book also includes the Proclamation by John F. Kennedy for Honorary Citizenship for Winston Churchill and the text of Churchill’s reply to President Kennedy upon being granted US Citizenship. His message was read by Churchill’s son, Randolph, at the White House on April 9, 1963, in Churchill’s absence.
