This Certificate of Thanks from the Home Office is signed by Winston Churchill – a printed signature or facsimile signature.

Dated 2nd August 1910, it was sent to the Portbury and Failand Club acknowledging their message on the death of His Majesty King Edward VII (9 Nov 1841 – 6 May 1910)

Written in elaborate script on paper edged in black (mourning stationery) with the Home Office seal at the top.

Measures approx. W:8″ x H:12.5″
Mounted on heavy cardboard.
