Original dark red cloth, gilt lettered on front cover. Illustrated. Spine faded, top of front board mottled. Usually seen in card covers there was a limited number produced in dark red cloth hardcovers.

This book is of particular note as it is from the library of Churchill’s youngest daughter Mary Soames, with her posthumous bookplate on the front pastedown board.
