This very detailed manual lays out the Police procedures to be put in place on the day of Winston Churchill’s State Funeral. Issued on the 26th Jan. 1965, 2 days before Churchill’s death it includes police personnel names and specifics on assignments by street and duty, closures, parking plans, military arrangements, the Police Band, Tube closings etc.
