Featuring Winston Churchill and Franklin D Roosevelt (1940s, United Kingdom)
An elaborate two-handled loving cup modeled as a globe, flanked by the figures of United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill commemorating their World War II Alliance.
The ceramic loving cup features the motto along the bottom edge: Let’s Drink to Victory on one side and Let’s Drink to Peace on the other.
Measures approx. 5.5″ tall and 7.5″ wide
There is a small repair on the top front inside rim of the globe, but this in no way detracts from the display of this piece. See pics
This is a scarce collectable piece of World War II Churchill memorabilia.
Marked: Royal Victoria Pottery on the base.
