Photochrom produced many postcards with captions in all caps. This item is almost 4x the size of a postcard, and displays the caption in all caps: “OUR SKIPPER”.
I have been unable to find out much about this item, so if anyone has information please let me know. You can see from the third image it stands up by itself, just like a picture frame.
This photo dates somewhere between 1940 -1945 when Churchill was Prime Minister.

Wear to edge corners. Scratch across Churchill’s neck area and 3 dots in the background near the bottom of Churchill’s left ear.
