Heavy Bookends depicting Churchill and Big Ben
A great Churchilliana item

Bookends of stone taken from the bomb-damaged House Of Commons in 1941 during WWII. The medallions depicting Churchill and Big Ben were cast in lead from the roof of the bombed House of Commons.

Approximately 6″ in height, 5″ width for each bookend, and weighing 9 pounds for the pair. Several different items were made from the stone including ash trays.
